Adapted Fitness
We often refer to Adapted Fitness in Glycemic Flex. It may be improperly said, but “adapted” refers to what is personalized. Nutrition is personalized, as I provide only a few hints, and the rest you learn by interpreting the rules yourself. Physical exercise is also personalized, and my main purpose is to find the type of effort that will not harm you.
Some people cannot handle intense exercise, so I need to determine a minimum effort, such as enjoyable walking, for example. However, I must evaluate it so that it correlates with your nutrition and helps you achieve your goals without jeopardizing your health or pushing you beyond your threshold of effort tolerance. It shouldn’t feel burdensome; it should be enjoyable.
We need to find a way where everything becomes enjoyable and triggers a desire for movement. The fact that you see the benefit in real-time is a very advanced stimulus that instantly creates a sense of well-being. At the same time, you’ll see how psychological stress causes harmful parameters to increase, prompting you to take action to relieve stress. Everything will be reflected in your body’s form.

As I have mentioned before, we monitor a parameter in real-time and determine for ourselves which nutrition suits us and which does not, how much effort we need exactly, neither more nor less.
