Vegetarian Diet
The vegetarian diet is becoming an increasingly common choice nowadays, much more frequent than a few decades ago. However, there are numerous people who choose such a diet for various reasons.
Some time ago, I believed that sustaining a vegetarian diet was almost impossible. However, after careful study and discussions with some practitioners, I began to research diligently, and the conclusions are positive. It is possible to sustain a vegetarian diet, but my personal opinion is that it is impossible to do so without the help of a knowledgeable nutritionist.
There are many challenges, from essential amino acids that must be ensured from plant sources, some of which are very rare and require a few equally rare foods that contain them and must be ensured daily—thus very rare items that must be consumed at least daily for cellular repair. We face one of the greatest challenges, which is not consuming too many carbohydrates while trying to meet our protein needs, and ending with the knowledge of mandatory supplements.
The vegetarian diet cannot be sustained without at least some vitamin supplementation. So if you are not familiar with all these aspects, it is imperative to seek the guidance of a coach to ensure you embark on this path.
Advantages
It’s not about advantages here. The vegetarian diet is a complex matter that can become harmful if you try to do it alone. So if you don’t want to get sick, consult a nutritionist to guide you on this path.
