If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your health data

Sometimes we need to collect certain data related to the calculations and physiological or physiopathological profiles that we provide in your interest. These data are never shared with anyone else unless you expressly request it in your interest and at your explicit request. Otherwise, they are not shared with anyone else. Three months after we have completed our services to you, we delete this data. In this regard, we may ask for calculations such as body mass, height, weight, or percentage of adipose tissue, or we may ask you to undergo certain investigations in the interest of your health and safety. These will be deleted after the service is completed, and if they exist, they will never be transmitted through this website but through special tools accredited according to all regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR.

The more important aspect about Your Health Data:

We collect health-related data for diagnosis or processing in the interest of your health. Depending on the context in which we collect this data, we will have individual Privacy Policies that you must accept separately for each service.

Your data used in diagnosis and anatomical or physiological calculations is not shared except with the provider that handles data collection. These providers are authorized by the authorities to securely store this data. They will be specified for each service individually.

We do not collect data that includes Name, Surname, physical address, or anything that could be linked to your identity, except in cases where we need to send you a physical product via mail or courier.

All such data is deleted after calculations or diagnosis, regardless of external requests, in order to free up virtual storage space for future use.

Each service will have its own Privacy Policy that you must read and accept if you wish to purchase that service.

Next future

If in the future we need to introduce new functionalities, we will modify the privacy policy page accordingly. You will also be informed when accessing the website. The new functionalities will not apply to previous customers in the sense that the acceptance policy from the last access will be applicable.
