Balanced Body & Mind
Balancing Body and Mind is very important because all daily issues, stress, anxiety, inner peace disturbances, and daily obstacles are reflected in brain activity, then at the level of the Hypothalamus, which in turn controls the entire autonomic nervous system, both sympathetic and parasympathetic, responsible for involuntary activity that regulates organic processes.
In addition to controlling sympathetic and parasympathetic activity, the brain and hypothalamus regulate the activity of the pituitary gland, which is the supreme commander of adrenal hormones, including Cortisol, the stress hormone, and other steroid hormones. All these hormones activate mechanisms for increasing blood glucose necessary for fight or flight mechanisms, and their continuous activation maintains a high level of blood glucose without need.
Changes can lead to metabolic syndrome, Cushing’s disease, thyroid diseases, all of which generate changes in body mass through excess glucose for both immediate use and metabolic pathways. Stress and anxiety mechanisms are therefore direct generators of body mass alteration via the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal cortex axis.
These are not stories but well-known mechanisms that have been scientifically demonstrated for a long time. So, in order to lose weight and stay fit, to keep blood glucose within normal limits, we must find a way to eliminate stress and anxiety.

Interested About Balanced Body & Mind
A balanced body and mind is very important because poor mental health with anxiety, stress, or depression will lead to loss of interest in the program, but especially to changes in the autonomic nervous systems, the hypothalamus and pituitary glands, the hormones involved in maintaining body mass and adipose tissue, blood sugar levels, and body shapes. At the same time, entering the Lifestyle program will positively and quite rapidly alter this balance, with the individual involved awaiting reward after reward related to their constantly improving physical condition.
