Child Nutrition
Child nutrition is an ongoing project to which we are dedicating our full attention at this moment. We are discussing the nutrition of preschool children from 2 or 3 years old up to the age of 7. This is a very important and somewhat under-addressed topic because we are considering institutionalized children or those in extended educational forms who need a perfectly tailored, healthy menu with all the nutrients their developing bodies require at this age. It needs to be affordable for every meal, but most importantly, it must be tasty. Children need this deliciousness called taste as a topping over all other requirements because no matter how comprehensive a meal plan is, if it’s not tasty, it won’t capture children’s interest.
Currently, we are defining the research stages for the nutrition of this age group, which consist of investigating the children’s preferences, meaning determining their requirements, identifying the scientific dietary needs, understanding the legal or published framework, and, of course, developing a number of several dozen delicious recipes perfectly tailored and cost-effective, along with qualified personnel for meal preparation.
Everyone who wants to join us in this project is welcome.

Benefits
The benefits of personalized nutrition for preschoolers and the creation of culinary recipes for them lie in fostering harmonious development, avoiding chronic food-related illnesses, fostering a pleasure for eating and preventing meal refusal, as well as providing long-lasting satiety to prevent overeating. Meeting the energy needs of this highly dynamic group is constitutionally necessary for growth, aiming for a balanced and healthy diet rich in proteins, lipids, and carbohydrates, cooked in a healthy and, above all, delicious manner.
Interested About Child Nutrition
Child nutrition is a crucial aspect for the preschooler’s development, both physically and intellectually. In order to achieve these goals, we need a balanced nutrition perfectly tailored to their physiological needs. However, for the child, it’s not just about nutrition, but also about the taste of the food. For this reason, we have decided to create a series of recipes that simultaneously meet both requirements: to provide balanced nutrition perfectly adapted and to offer the taste expected by the child. In addition to these aspects, current standards and, of course, the costs of each recipe must be taken into account. If you are interested in contributing to this aspect, please contact us.
