Workout Routines

The training or physical exercises involved in the Glycemic Flex program are not determined like in other fitness activities or equivalents. Movement in Glycemic Flex can take any form, from strength training or cardio, jogging or street running, dancing, leisurely walking at any speed the practitioner desires, to yoga or Tai Chi. Our goal is actually to consume the existing caloric surplus in the form of excess glucose at certain times. For this reason, movement must be distributed at specific times when this surplus glucose, reflected in higher blood sugar levels, exists.

Each individual will be carefully assessed in terms of health, age, medical history, or current medical condition to see if they can engage in physical activity, at least at a minimum level, such as walking. The optimal level of effort that does not endanger life will be determined over time.

On another note, I have stated that a positive mental attitude is necessary to achieve goals. However, the reverse situation is also valid: movement disconnects us from ideas, movement consumes stress hormones that keep us captive in thoughts. For this reason, it is important to know ourselves very well, our body, and our mental status, and to exercise in a way that achieves both goals: normalized blood sugar levels and a good mental status by applying movement exactly when needed.

So, no one should be afraid of exercise. We’re not lifting tons or running marathons. The idea is to start, and tomorrow we’ll have a better status, and the day after that. We’ll notice changes in body shape, dynamics, mental status, and even if we don’t become champions in sports, we’ll create a champion mentality.

Workplan

Physical exercise is almost indispensable, with explanations found in the metabolism of blood glucose and fats, but not only that, but also in creating an optimal mental state and hormone levels throughout the entire day.

Personalized

The most important aspect of physical exercise is to establish and personalize the effort tolerance of each individual for safety and to distribute this exercise in such a way as to obtain maximum benefit throughout the day and in glucose consumption.

Nutrition Plan

You will customize your own nutrition plan; you can eat what you like while following the rules. You can eat more or less as long as you stay within the program. However, if you want to consume more, you will need to adjust glycemic indices and loads.

Health Coach

The Health Coach help you determine what effort you can safely undertake, how to correlate nutrition and rules with the effort and exercises you enjoy, how to distribute effort for an optimal glycemic response from your body, and to maintain a good mental state.

Benefits

The benefits of physical exercise are enormous. Not necessarily because of the energy consumption, which cannot exceed a few hundred calories per day, which doesn’t mean much even compared to the basal metabolism of an adult, but for the following reasons: It helps you consume the excess glucose in the blood exactly when needed, lowers stress hormones and increases anabolic hormones, creates a very good mental state, and gives you momentum. And most importantly, when you get to know yourself well and correlate nutrition with glycemic response, and use movement accordingly, then you will feel like a champion who does everything so precisely. Even if it’s just a little, it’s very precise, and movement is the fine tuning with which you will regulate every fuller or more defined shape of your body.

Interested About Workout Routines

Normally, physical exercise doesn’t make sense without proper nutrition because nutrition and meals are the ones that lead in importance. Nutrition is of major importance, while physical exercise and mental status battle for the second place, being closely intertwined. However, physical exercise has an extremely good effect on fine-tuning blood glucose, to truly get you into the program. Just as a sculpture uses a large axe first and then a smaller chisel for the smallest details after working on the initial shape, so is physical exercise: the chisel with which you shape the smallest details after working on the initial form.
